A 30-minute conversation. Not an interrogation, a genuine exchange. We learn about your journey, your interests, and what kind of work excites you. You learn about us, our projects, and our culture. Both sides decide if it's worth going deeper.
Technical Round
A practical conversation about how you think and build. No whiteboard algorithms from 2005. We discuss real scenarios: architecture decisions, debugging approaches, system design tradeoffs. We want to see how you approach problems, not how you memorize.
Offer Released
A clear offer. No ambiguity. We tell you the role, the compensation, and the expectations. Background verification happens in parallel, so it never delays your decision.
